Enfocus is een Belgisch softwarebedrijf gevestigd in Gent, gespecialiseerd in automatiseringsoplossingen voor de grafische- en print industrie. Ze zijn het meest bekend van PitStop Pro (PDF-preflight en -correctie) en Switch (workflow-automatisering). Hun tools worden breed ingezet door drukkerijen, prepress-bedrijven en uitgeverijen om PDF-bestanden te controleren, corrigeren en productieprocessen te automatiseren.

Switch is the only platform that automates your processes, regardless of your printing applications or devices.
Start2Switch is the basic Enfocus Switch subscription, which includes the Core Engine plus the Metadata Module. In short: communication apps, all kinds of tools, access to the App Store, FTP, Mail, etc. and the module for reading JSON, XML, JDF and other metadata. Start2Switch can be expanded with the "PitStop Server Module" and the apps from the Enfocus App Store.
Standard is the mid-tier Switch subscription, containing the same elements as Start2Switch with the addition of the Client Module (5 concurrent users) and the Switch API. Standard can be expanded with the Reporting Module, Additional Clients and Review.

System requirements
- Operating system: Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2012 R2 through 2025 (64-bit); macOS 12 (Monterey) through 15 (Sequoia) and 26 (Tahoe), on Intel and Apple Silicon
- Processor: dual-core or more, 64-bit (x86 requires AVX2/FMA3 for Switch 25.11)
- Memory (RAM): 4 GB minimum, 2 GB per core recommended
- Virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V supported
- Other: Apple Silicon requires Rosetta; web interface works in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge
- GrafiStore advice
- Processor cores: reserve 4 cores for the operating system and choose 8 cores for Switch itself
- Memory per core: allow around 4 GB RAM per core to keep Switch processing smoothly
- Combined with PitStop Server: if you also run PitStop Server, add another 8 cores
- Disk speed: PDF processing reads and writes a lot, so a fast SSD or NVMe drive is strongly recommended
- Working volume: provide 1 to 2 TB of working space for your jobs and data
- Windows disk layout: with a separate C/D setup, at least 250 GB on C and 1 TB on D (depending on your situation)
