A subscription licence differs from traditional licences in that it is tied to an Enfocus ID: a registered user on the Enfocus website, linked to your email address rather than to one computer. You sign in to Enfocus to use the software.
Step 1: Enfocus account
First create an Enfocus account with your work email (or a personal address for a private purchase) at enfocus.com. Already have an Enfocus ID? Log in, go to your licences, enter the Subscription ID and click "Activate".
Step 2: activate your Subscription ID from PitStop
On first launch of PitStop Pro or Server, the "Info" panel appears;
On the Licence tab, sign in to Enfocus to activate your licence;
The Subscription ID is assigned automatically.
You stay signed in, even when the application is closed or offline. On the next launch you do not need to log in again.
Using PitStop on another computer?
Sign out from PitStop to release the licence, start the software on the other device and sign in again.
