Enfocus Review is ISO 27001 certified: your data fully protected

Enfocus has renewed and broadened its ISO 27001:2022 certification across the entire organisation — from software development to cloud and support. What does that mean for you?

Did you know Enfocus Review is ISO 27001 certified? Enfocus has not only renewed its ISO 27001:2022 certification, but also significantly expanded its scope. The certification now covers all of the company's software development activities, along with cloud operations, global customer support, procurement, HR and digital trust functions — in short: the entire organisation.

What exactly is ISO 27001?

ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security. A certified organisation has demonstrably put an information security management system (ISMS) in place: established processes to manage the risks around the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. That is not assessed by the company itself, but verified by an independent auditor. The 2022 edition is the most recent version of the standard.

In other words: it is not a marketing claim, but externally verified proof that security is in order — and stays that way, because certification requires periodic re-assessment.

What does the certification now cover?

The broadened scope includes, among other things:

  • Software development — all development activities, including the tools you use every day.

  • Cloud operations — the management of the online services, including Enfocus Review.

  • Global customer support — the support you rely on when it matters.

  • Procurement, HR and digital trust — the surrounding business processes, so the chain as a whole is secured.

By bringing the entire organisation under a single certification, Enfocus reinforces its commitment to the highest standards of information security and the protection of customer data across its global operations.

Why this matters to you

More and more prepress and production work happens online: you share print-ready files, let clients approve proofs remotely and connect systems to one another. In the process, files — and sometimes sensitive customer data — travel across the wire. That is exactly when you want to know that your software vendor takes security seriously.

If you use Enfocus solutions such as PitStop, Switch, Griffin or Review through GrafiStore, they are developed and managed within a certified security framework. Especially for cloud-based collaboration — think online review and approval with Enfocus Review — that provides real extra peace of mind for you and your clients alike.
